You can't say I am a database person you can't say I am a back in Java person I'm a front-end person and I don't understand the rest of it and therefore I need to consult with somebody else to make that decision as a senior architect as a technology leader it is your responsibility to make that decision it's to understand how everything fits together what tools I should be using what tech stack my company uses and so on.

So how do you get there by getting yourself comfortable with years and years of experience building things yourself so if you at some point in your future assuming you're early in your career at some point five to 10 years down the road you want to become an architect a full-stack developer is the best way to go that's how you get to really really important significant leadership roles technology leadership roles at the quickest possible you know in the quickest possible time you know the obvious question leads the obvious question that that comes up.

If you talk about the fact that hey you know this whole landscape is trending towards you know full-stack development integrative development and all of that you know you need some proof right you need proof that there are jobs where you need proofs that these jobs pay well, and you need proof that these jobs are on the upward trajectory all of which is very very easy to get, and you don't have to trust us you if you don't trust the full stack development stats that we've put up here from a carrier jobs insanity perspective I'd urge you to go and do this search yourself.

I'd go look at full-stack engineer full stack developer roles and knock read LinkedIn, Orr I am Jobs or any of this platform that you're looking at look at the salary range that they list to look at it and look at that on Glassdoor look on other salary platforms that you can think of and keep track of it and look at the upward trajectory right every one of these stats that we've talked about it is by far the number one trending job why because as I said we're not talking about a fad we're not talking about a tool we are not talking about a specific skill we are talking about the fact that the entire industry has started to move towards integrative development integrative product development which means that full-stack developers have become the most indispensable part of the industry.

It is by far the number one trending job it has the most number of job postings, and you know the kinds of astronomical salaries that you see it's mind-boggling right, so you're talking about you know people who are starting their careers at nine lakhs just you know and the difference between this and somebody who I just start as a very specialized coder at a really large tech company we're talking about two-three times as much right if your cognizance in Theseus's and all of these guys are paying for an entry-level fresher or a professional you're paying you to know three lakhs chances are here you're getting five six seven eight lakhs right.

We're talking about massive increases for somebody who understands this integrative development process who understands how to build things into the end as a full stack developer and the strength is only increasing this is not a trend of the past what we're seeing these kinds of job growth with missing the number and the salaries and the importance of these jobs only increasing day only and guess what all of these and as much as full-stack development is talked about as you know this cool thing that folks that really cool startups and things like that dude let me give you an insider tip these jobs are much more prevalent at really large multinational companies.

They are hiring hundreds if not thousands of people for full-stack development whereas a start-up might hire two three four ten people right so really if you're looking at some of the hottest jobs and if you're looking at doing this reliably if you're trying to increase your chances of getting a full-stack development job chances are you know you should be looking at the really large IT companies the MNCs and distinguishing yourself and differentiating yourself from the average fresher who's coming in and getting trained on one particular tool or one particular specific skill.

What's more, if you are looking I mean of course everything I said applies equally to the entire world and more pertinent to us, you know most major cities in India but the one thing that you will start to notice here is that you know almost uniformly you know the salary trend is higher in Bangalore as a city not just higher pay but also more jobs if you go and again do that same Nazi or LinkedIn search and then try to filter by location you're going to find that Bangle has by far the most number of jobs in this space it has you know the most variety of companies hiring into in this space and has among the highest pay scales and these pay scales sustain themselves through the life of you know not just early carrier but the mid carrier and in more advanced stages as well and the gap just widens and widens and widens.

Okay, I hope you've seen the light in terms of the carrier opportunity in terms of the jobs in terms of the salaries so the next obvious question is okay all you've convinced me about the big opportunity, but now you need to tell me more right now you need to tell me the role of a full stack developer what do you mean when you say full stack developer all the integrative stuff you said make sense but what do you mean if you think about you know put yourself in the shoes of let's say you're starting a company, or you're joining a company right, and you have to do everything you are building the technology product whether you're building an e-commerce application you could be building an educational application you could be building you know a delivery application it doesn't matter all right you are going to have to build a really slick interface right.

I don't just mean slick in the sense that it looks pretty and uses a lot of white space I think a lot of people mistake you to know the form for function and start to think that hey if this thing looks like the Apple website I've done my job now when I say slick I mean functionality slick everything works everything is in a place that it needs to be right and there are tools for this right so not just basic HTML which is what most front-end developers had to work with you know 5 10 years ago or 15-year sago, but you have you know style sheets with CSS you have JavaScript that adds functionality you have frameworks like angular and reacts that you know productive and packaged prepackaged.

A lot of these functions that make things more integrative that makes things that make that maintains you know the data integrity and the relation relational integrity of all of these features but that all of that means that you now have a well-functioning front-end that interfaces with your customer or your user right but behind that you need a bunch of other functionality that when I press a button what happens how do I pull information.
